🎄 CAMPAIGN OVERVIEW
This December, we’re embracing the season of giving with our Holiday Gift of Health (GOH) Campaign and our annual Toy Drive Promotion! Each clinic should mail Christmas cards with GOH certificates to inactive patients and distribute additional certificates in-office to help patients share the gift of chiropractic care. At the same time, clinics should support their local community by collecting new, unwrapped toys for a charity of their choice — with new patients able to waive their Day 1 fee by donating before the deadline. Let’s finish the year strong with gratitude, generosity, and growth!
Holiday GOH
- Each office will stuff 50 Christmas cards with 2 GOH certificates. We will mail these cards to inactive patients.
- When selecting patients to send cards to think of the ones that were compliant with their CPs, etc.
- Aim to have the Christmas cards mailed out by the end of the week to maximize results for December.
- We will hand out the rest of the GOH certificates to patients in office.
- Let patients know that it is the season for our Holiday GOH
- Ask them who they know that would benefit from Chiropractic care.
- Give them the GOH certificate
- F\U with them consistently at following visits to see who they gave the card to and get them scheduled to come in.
- All new patients from the Holiday GOH must be seen by January 31, 2026 to take advantage of the offer.
Toy Drive Monthly Promotion
- Each office chooses a local charity of their choice to donate the toys to.
- Once the charity is chosen each office will set a deadline based on the charity’s distribution date.
- Anyone that schedules a new patient appointment and is seen before the deadline can have their Day 1 fee waived if they donate a new unwrapped toy to the toy drive.
- Each office will ask all patients to donate to the toy drive as well
